Wim has been a big inspiration and help in my life due to having autoimmune disease asthma and has affected my life and fighting competitions. Being able to learn from him has improved my breathing, especially my immune system. I was taught me to go back to nature through his breathing techniques in combination with cold water immersion. I would recommend his method to anyone who has any autoimmune disease or to those who want to get an extra edge in sports performance.

I was lucky enough to spend 5 days with Wim on a camp in October 2016. During the 5 days we worked on breathing techniques, emotional release techniques and took ice baths to improve our immune systems and enhance recovery.
He will be visiting Melbourne again on March 31st to run a workshop explaining the Three Pillars of the Wim.
